　　光彩醒目于凝练明了的笔墨之间。初唐体裁家陈子昂觉得笔墨凝练明了即可使著作光彩醒目，因此他勤奋于反对过度铺陈和反复修饰。这与他珍重建安体裁与正始之音，强调兴寄、风骨的不雅点是一致的，标明他见解刚健开畅之好意思，反对绮靡纤弱的文风。

Concise and Clear Wording Makes Writings Shine

　　Chen Zi'ang, the early Tang Dynasty writer believed that concise and clear wording makes writings shine, and he strongly opposed excessive exposition and repeated ornamentation. This is in line with his advocacy of the prevailing literary style in the Jian'an era at the end of the Han Dynasty and the Zhengshi literary style of the final years of the State of Wei in the Three Kingdoms period. He put emphasis on expressing the theme and character of an article and he calls for a writing style whose beauty lies in its strength and clarity, as opposed to a style that was flamboyant and weak.
